At SELF-CARE IS A VIBE®, every order is sent to production immediately after it is placed, which means we are unable to cancel orders once submitted. Items may ship from different facilities.

Processing & Shipping

  • Your order is made just for you! Processing and shipping times may vary, but you will receive tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
  • Please double-check your shipping option at checkout.
  • If you are using PayPal, ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
  • Once your package is with USPS, UPS, or FedEx, use your tracking number for updates. SELF-CARE IS A VIBE® is not responsible for packages lost, mishandled, or misplaced by carriers.

Sizing

  • Refer to the size charts and product descriptions for the best fit.
  • T-shirts and pullovers marked unisex generally run larger.

Returns & Exchanges
All items are made to order, so all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at support@self-careisavibe.com for a replacement or store credit. Please include your order number, name, and a photo of the item. Our customer service team will respond within 24 business hours.
